At Wildermuth Environmental, Inc. (WEI), we recognize that our employees are one of our greatest assets and contribute greatly to the continued success of our firm.

We take great pride in our work and our valued employees. At WEI, strive to create an environment wherein our employees can learn, grow, and have fun.

WEI offers one of the best employee benefit plans for individuals and their families, including the following:

Vacation

  • Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time employees are eligible for vacation time. Vacation time is accrued at the following rates: employees with four or less years of service receive ten days of paid vacation per year; employees with five to nine years of service receive fifteen days of paid vacation per year; and those with greater than ten years of service receive twenty days of paid vacation.

Holidays

  • All Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Employees receive the following nine paid holidays:

    - New Year's Day
    - Memorial Day
    - Independence Day
    - Labor Day
    - Thanksgiving Day
    - Day after Thanksgiving Day
    - Christmas Eve
    - Christmas Day
    - New Year's Eve

Sick Leave

  • Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time employees are eligible for sick leave. Sick time is accrued up to five days annually, and can be rolled over to the next calendar year, capping at a maximum of ten days.

401(k) Plan

  • Every employee is eligible for participation in the 401(k) Savings Plan. upon the completion of 3 months of continuous employment.
  • WEI matches your 401(k) contribution up to 4.0% of its employees' pay.

Group Medical and Dental

  • WEI currently offers Select POS health insurance, which allows its employees to choose from HMO, PPO, or out of network providers. Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Employees are eligible on the first of the month following their date of hire.

Educational Assistance Program

  • Upon completing 180 calendar days of continuous employment, Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Employees may be eligible to participate in WEI's Educational Assistance Program.
