- Beaumont Watermaster
- The Beaumont Watermaster is the entity charged with administering adjudicated water rights and managing groundwater resources within the Beaumont Groundwater Basin. It was created on February 4, 2004 by a Judgment entered in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Riverside (Case No. RIC 389197). Pursuant to the Judgment, the Watermaster committee is comprised of representatives from the City of Banning, the City of Beaumont, the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District, South Mesa Mutual Water Company, and the Yucaipa Valley Water District.

- Chino Basin Watermaster
The Chino Basin Watermaster is a consensus-based organization that facilitates the development and utilization of the Chino Basin, a large groundwater basin located in the Inland Empire of southern California.
- The Watermaster consists of various entities pumping water from Chino Basin including cities, water districts, water companies, agricultural, commercial and other private concerns. The Watermaster's mission is to manage the Chino Basin in the most beneficial manner and to equitably administer and enforce the provisions of the Chino Basin Watermaster Judgment", Case No. RCV 51010 (formerly Case No. SCV 164327).
- The Watermaster is progressively and actively implementing the Basin's Optimum Basin Management Program (OBMP) which includes extensive monitoring, improving recharge capabilities, administering storage and recovery projects, managing salt loads, developing new basin yield, and continuing to work with other agencies and entities to enhance this water supply and water quality.
