San Timoteo Watershed Authority
The San Timoteo Watershed Management Authority (STWMA) was formed as a Joint Powers Agency (JPA) in January 2001 by the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District (BCVWD), the City of Beaumont (Beaumont), the South Mesa Water Company, and the Yucaipa Valley Water District (YVWD). The San Timoteo Watershed Management Authority carries out watershed planning and plan implementation in the San Timoteo Watershed.

Santa Ana Water Project Authority
The Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority is a Joint Powers Authority. The Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority's member agencies include the Orange County Water District, Inland Empire Utilities Agency, San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District, Eastern Municipal Water District, and Western Municipal Water District.
