- City of Banning
The Water Division of the City of Banning is responsible for providing domestic water to residences, businesses, and industries within the City. The Division is also responsible for providing adequate flows for the City's fire protection system. The City's main source of water supply is water wells in the City's water canyon along with wells scattered throughout other parts of the City. The Water Division is an enterprise function; i.e. all costs relative to the production and delivery of water (maintenance, replacement, and expansion) are paid with user fees and capital connection fees.

For more than 90 years, the City of Redlands has been in charge of providing high quality drinking water and wastewater services to the Redlands and Mentone areas. More than 75,000 residents in Redlands, Mentone, parts of Crafton Hills and San Timoteo Canyon, and a small part of San Bernardino depend on Redlands Municipal Utilities Department to provide water service to their homes and businesses. By supplying a blend of local groundwater, local surface water, and imported water from the State Water Project, Redlands Municipal Utilities Department is able to meet the daily demands of these customers.

The City of San Bernardino Municipal Water Department's mission is to meet customer needs by providing high-quality service in water supply, water reclamation and geothermal heating in the most professional and cost-effective manner possible. The Department produces all of its own water using 60 wells located in 45-square miles of water service area. It delivers water to more than 40,000 service connections through 551 miles of water mains. The Department also reclaims over 30,000 million gallons of water each day using innovative and cost-effective methods to make the reclaimed water safe for the environment and for re-use.
