Raquel Gillen has 13 years of professional experience in office administration. Raquel received her B.A. in Broadcast Communication from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1993. In addition to office administration, Raquel has experience in marketing, graphic design, and visual communications. Raquel provides administrative and project support and services for the corporate office at Wildermuth Environmental. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receptionist duties; sorting, filing and distributing documents/mail; coordinating meetings, conferences, luncheons and travel arrangements; preparing memos and transmittals; assisting the office administrator with invoices; supporting the President, Vice President, and Project Managers with administrative, general office, clerical duties, data entry, report preparation and production; calendar updates; assisting with proposal preparation and production; and various marketing projects.
