Her primary responsibilities include coordinating meetings, conferences, luncheons, and travel arrangements; maintaining the company calendar; preparing memos and transmittals; assisting the Office Administrator with invoices; supporting company officers, project managers, and staff with administrative, general office, and clerical tasks; data entry; report preparation and production; and assisting with the preparation and production of proposals.

Ms. Gillen received a B.A. in Broadcast Communication from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1993.
