Mr. Plinski, an Associate Engineer at Wildermuth Environmental, Inc., has over nine years of professional experience in water resources engineering. His areas of expertise include the detailed design and optimization of potable and nonpotable water systems, the design and optimization of industrial wastewater treatment plants, and the design of storm water facilities. In addition to his engineering experience, Mr. Plinski has experience in construction management, which contributes to his ability to design practical and cost-effective solutions, and experience in estimating the cost and duration of water and wastewater projects. Mr. Plinski is familiar with the processes of obtaining the environmental permits associated with recycled water, storm water, and air quality. And, he has managed the design, permitting, and construction of multiple private production wells. Mr. Plinski’s breadth of experience adds to his understanding of the financial and time-sensitive aspects of water resources planning in Southern California.
Mr. Plinski received a B.S. in Environmental Resources Engineering with an emphasis in Hydrology and Hydraulics from Humboldt State University and obtained an E.I.T. certificate in 1998.
