William Leever

As an Associate Scientist at Wildermuth Environmental, Inc., Mr. Leever provides hydrogeologic expertise, manages projects and staff, develops project scopes of work and cost estimates, and serves on the firm’s senior advisory board. Mr. Leever has 18 years of professional experience in water resources management, soil and groundwater investigations, soil and groundwater remediation, project management, and geologic sciences. His areas of technical expertise include groundwater development and basin management; recycled water recharge planning, design, permitting, and implementation; contaminant fate and transport; and groundwater well design and construction. Mr. Leever's work has primarily focused on the arid and semi-arid regions of Southern California and southern Nevada.

Mr. Leever received a B.S. in Geological Sciences from California State University, Fullerton in 1990. He is a Professional Geologist and Certified Hydrogeologist in the State of California and a Certified Environmental Manager in the State of Nevada. Mr. Leever is a member of the Groundwater Resources Association of California, the Association of California Water Agencies, and the National Ground Water Association.
